Elected to board of directors in 2021 for 3 year term:

Moved from Duka (external property management) to internal management for better accountability, alignment, and cost savings

Recruited and retained in-house management team including Luis, Derrill, Amr, and Corrine to improve safety, service, facilities, & resident experience.

Championed recently announced elevator modernization as only solution to achieve elevator reliability (one of the biggest ICE resident and reputational pain points)

(starting April 1, 2025). This is a big reduction but also responsible to avoid special assessments AND fund important planned improvements. We can and will achieve both!

33% reduction of STR fairness fee

(15% moving down to 10%)

upon achieving 90% adherence to be fair to all owner types. Elimination of cheating will allow for value-added STR services to benefit STR operators and guests (e.g., baggage storage). Let’s work together to hit this goal within 3 months!
